A „day of sustainability“ will take place at beautiful Weinstrasse-Region in central Germany on May 29th, 2008.
Lots of information about sustainable trading and products will be provided, workshops and discussions about the future of handcrafting and innovative retail strategies (e.g. the Slowretail-idea and concept stores) will be open for every visitor.
During the day there are different speaches, discussions and workshops, featuring the most experienced heads of sustainabiliy and „LOHAS„-scene in Germany. The day is co-organized by Die Zunft AG.
At the end of the day a „mercato del gusto“ will take place as well, powered by Slowfood-Partners, winers, etc.
